Pricing questions
How long does it take to get started?
Most schools register in two minutes and finish the setup checklist in an afternoon. If you'd rather not, send us your class lists and fee structure and our team sets it up for you.
Do parents pay anything?
No. Parents never pay School360. Schools pay a termly subscription based on the number of students; staff accounts are unlimited.
Where does fee money go?
Straight into the school's own bank account. School360 never holds school fees. Until online payment is switched on for your school, parents pay by transfer and your bursar records it in seconds.
Can we keep our existing website?
Yes. Add a portal link to your site, or embed the School360 result checker and admission form on it. You can also use our hosted school website, with your own domain if you like.
What happens to our data?
It belongs to your school. Every school's records are kept separate and protected, each staff member only sees what their role allows, and you can download your students, staff, payments and debtors to Excel at any time.
We have more than one campus.
Each campus becomes its own school inside a group, so every campus runs independently while the proprietor sees them all from one dashboard.
